Monochromatic masterbatch is a pre-dispersion of a single colorant in plastics. Compared with traditional toner coloring, there is no dust, meanwhile it ensures higher tinting power, stability, better dispersity, Through our cooperation with upstream and downstream partners, we adopt innovative technology to achieve a pigment concentration of 60%-80% with minimal wax or without wax under the premise of ensuring its dispersion ability. It guarantees a more environmentally-friendly production process, and the dispersion performance and product capacity are greatly improved. Our applicable processing technologies, for example, castfilm, blownfilm, fiber extrusion, bopp film, blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming and sheet extrusion.
